About 2 years ago, we decided to consolidate all aspects of our iSeries support in an attempt to reduce cost and to provide us with a single point of contact.
Not only were K8 able to provide O/S support on a version that IBM no longer supported and hardware spares on site, but were also able to offer us a dedicated DR hardware solution, something that none of the other contenders could.
And to cap it all, cost reduction was achieved!
The service they have provided over the last couple of years has been top class. I would be more than happy to recommend them to a prospective client.
